Dog Friendly Rentals?

Do they exist? Thinking of moving to Cork and have two medium sized dogs. I'd consider unfurnished and a less desirable area of course and be willing to pay a higher deposit. Are the chances of finding one slim? Anybody any experience of moving with pets? And then there's the room-mate problem etc

House dogs or outdoor dogs is a big question? I think put yourself in the accommodation wanted sections, looking for a dog friendly home.
