Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is it possible to get the caller to get into the voicemail if you press the busy (red phone) button on the phone? All I can get on 3pay is voicemail at no answer. If I press busy, what the caller party will hear is the busy tone.

Hope I am making myself clear...

There should be an option in the divert options called divert if busy

just tried it there on my meteor phone. When i tried divert to voicemail it didn't work but when i tried to divert to 08351234567 (your number with 5 after the prefix) it worked

will you not be charged to divert to 08351234567 instead of voicemail? or does it recognize that as voicemail number?
