How do I cancel EsatBT?

Am emegrating in December so I thought I'd give EsatBT a call to see how I would go about cancelling my account. Have rang, call centre closed (even through it was only 18:30 and they are supposed to be open until 19:30), I emailed them yesterday and have had no reply. Checked there websiote which offers no info on cancelling (theres a suprise).

Can anyone advise?
