    Went to the physio today bout my troublesome foot. Bruised heel is the diagnosis. Physio wasn't sure how long before I can play. Probably a few weeks

    I amsolutely shagged me back up somehow (suspect it could have been one of my trademark slide tackles) last sunday, tried playing 5 a side with it the other day and it didnt go well. Think ill leave the training for this weekend and hopefully it'll be sufficently healed by mon/tues!

    The real tragedy is that the Ref blew the final whistle before we got to take our free kick. The injured player should have left the field of play to receive treatment for said dive, allowing play to continue.
