Hi, i'm a former member of 164th Brackenstown troop, and recently i've been looking back on my days in the unit and one of the most memorable trips i had has got to be a 2 week trip to sweden (i was kicked out of the unit after bbut thats a diffrent story :D )

Now its been bugging me for about 5 days now because i can't remember what city we stayed in! My only referance to the area i was in is a town in Norway we visited called Narvik, just over the border, i remember that cause i saw my first (sunken) Battleship from WW2, which we visited for a days shopping (i just remember a little sightseeing and then when i stumbled into a newsagents and discovered the massive amount of Pornography that the sweds had... well that was my childhood innocance destroyed)

Moving swiftly onwards, useing Narvik as a point of arrival, i can't work out the point of departure, the joureny, if memory serves was approx 2 hours.

So if anyone from the 164th Brackenstown was on that trip, or if anyone knows someone that was on that trip, could they let me know were i was, cause its driving me insane... lol that last part make it sound like i was spiked for the whole trip

It'll help if you can give a rough idea of the year you went there.

Maybe contacting one of the leaders would help??
