Im just puting my first proper slef-build together and Ive already run into a problem!

I was geting ready to put the mobo into the case so i said i should put the risers (spacers?, im not sure what they are called) onto the case.

I was expecting 6 of the gold-coloured screws shown in the pic but there is only two of them.

My motherboard is an atx mobo and it seems like it takes 6 screws to attach it to the case.

in the pic there are two lumps, one left and one right.
there are 6 in total and they look like they are where the mobo should go.

    my question is this.
did they forget 4 spacers or am i suposed to screw the mobo directly onto these lumps?
They would give about 8/9mm of clearance.
Will it short the mobo or should i just go out and buy some more spacers?

    Thanks for the help.
