Mitch Hedberg was quite the characher, so laid back and cool. He's never tryed to be overly funny as that can ruin an act. One of the best IMO. My turn now.

Alot of people don't like him because of his preformences on TV shows such as The Panel & Mock the Week. But his live individual stuff is something to really enjoy, his comedy exceeds above the best of comedians. The best comic I've seen in ages.

Mr. Hill, quite surreal, and not for everyone.
I saw him twice, once in Hammersmith Odeon and then 6 months later in Vicar street - He did this sketch, the hornophone, and played the national anthem, and just before he started, he said "Oh ****, I haven't thought this through" and was getting booed throughout the performance, I nearly fell out of the balcony with the laughing
