Alienware customer service

In the market for a new pc/notebook, ,was lookin at alienware. Know thie a bit overpriced , but like the colours and chassis , the specs are good too. Just wondering has anyone dealt with them before and what is their customer service like?.....And will i end up talkin to some indian lad like ya do with dell.

Dunno but i have seen them advertise on jobs sites here so they obviously have some presense.... just remember though... Dell own them
