Hi, I don't want to make a fuss in a lot of forums - the thing that we're looking for help with is already here - http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2055162901 But it's particularly relevant to Dublin and perhaps someone will see it here that hasn't seen it across the way.
