What's better: Samsung M87 40" or 46"

Hi there; Just wondering to anyone that wants to help me on this situation. I don't really know if I should go for the 40" or the 46". Some people have already said the picture quality is better on the 46". Also, which one is better for 1080p (even though they are both 1080p spec.)? :D

46 is better.. if you have a decent picture to start off with.

A 1080P LCD will make most standard definition television look pretty horrible... that applies to both the 40 and 46.
