Upgrade pack.. thoughts?

I'm upgrading from a 3.2 prescott p4 with 1.5gb of ram and a MSI lan party mobo. http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=313409 Can anyone tell me if this would be a decent upgrade, I'm trying to do this on a budget of around 3-400 Euro.

For what your getting, ya its great value considering the cheapest Intel upgrade pack is 370e. But i think this would be a more futureproof choice, and maby contact Komplett 2 see if you can change the memory to pc6400 like in the upgrade pack you picked.
