Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

AFT won't work the same in Aus as it does in Ireland. Check GPRS charges which can be high when abroad.

In answer to your question, all received texts are free.

Well AFT through ISP would still probably be cheaper than sending them as a normal text

Check the roaming rates. You could be paying a fortune for Australia. Europe ranges from 3c per kb to 10c per kb.

Some foreign networks charge in 100KB increments.

I am with Meteor and I didn't get charged for receiving texts when I was in Australia.
