10K in Cashel?

Was driving by Cashel over the weekend and I saw signs up for a 10K run/jog. I think it's along the new dual carriageway before the road opens. Does anybody know anything about this? Have I already missed it?

It was yesterday according to the signs. Saw the signs myself on Friday but wasn't able to find any more information on it.
