Howdy, Just wondering what level of international co-operation exists between Ireland and France re speeding tickets and penalty points if any? Got caught on a speedcam on French motorway yesterday and wondering if I can expect a letter in the post or what. It was in a rented car but Hertz would have my license details.…

Just wondering what level of international co-operation exists between Ireland and France re speeding tickets and penalty points if any? Got caught on a speedcam on French motorway yesterday and wondering if I can expect a letter in the post or what. It was in a rented car but Hertz would have my license details. Should I be worried?

I think you can relax on the penalty points front. Hertz do have your credit card details, though.;)
