Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chocolate souffle AKA chocolate eggy things

    Preheat an oven to 200C

    Separete one egg, whisk the white till stiff and fluffy

    Mix the egg yolk, a heaped teaspoon of cocoa (the Aldi one is nice), sweetener to taste and a small amount of water or cold coffee until it is a smooth paste.

    Pour the cocoa mixture into the egg white, and fold in gently until it is all brown.

    Divide into four greased or silicon muffin moulds, bake for 6-8 minutes.

    For those who are interested, these run at about 110 calories per batch.

    You can also microwave them for around 60 seconds for a sort of chocolate bun effect.
