    Just watched a docu on John Entwistle called "Thunderfingers" on the Bio channel, very good but no input from Daltrey or Townsend - strange.

    Anyhoo....Bass player of the millenium indeed.......enjoy.

    Thats cos the Bio channel does these programmes on the cheap; they avoid paying royalties on anything, they would probably have to pay royalties on any interview footage.

    Yeah, Great Bassist; Played the strings right up almost on the fretboard, the way reggae players do, got a really deep sound out of it.
