Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Someone posted about that before - apparently only available to certain customers on a trial basis. i.e. not on the list, not trialling it out.

you cant request to be on it, they have to ring you and offer or staff can offer if it pops up when you call in

yeah someone posted about it here a while ago... and i am now one of those on flatrate plan since summer as far as i remember... what i did was ringing O2 and told them i want to be on flatrate plan.. the man did it straight away without asking much question... lucky me.
