80's rock song?

Hi All,

Heard a song on a radio on holidays recently and it's driving me nuts as I don't know what it's called.

Definately 80's. Sounds like Journey or Starship and the chorus contains the words "higher & higher".

Any help appreciated!

Hmm.
Just read the lyrics and I don't think that's it.

This would be considered a "power ballad" I would imagine!

Did a search & came up with a song by Winger. I don't know what this song is like but it would fit the '80's rock band' bill

Ha ha, I am singing I am the Law- Anthrax since reading the votes for album of the week which is not going down too well in work!

Wasn't St Elmos Fire by John Parr, not what I would call a power ballad tho more AOR type muck.
