Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Reason you can't access POP3 directly with 3

    My Nokia N73 email client suddenly decided to stop downloading or sending messages from my yahoo uk account. Funnily enough this coincided with 3 'improving' their network. What really happened is they have activated X Series and they want you to download a 'mobile mail' application to manage your email account, and of course subscribe to X Series at at least €15 per month. This is of course €10 more expensive than their cheapest flat rate internet bundle. Needless to say various calls to their 'customer service' agents have not met with any success or them admitting that this is their strategy. I've lost count of the number of times they have told me 'to switch my phone off and then on again', which will have no effect and obviously interrupt my call with them.

    My pop mail is and has been working fine on Mobile BB 100. Using Profimail on bill pay..

    pop3 working fine here but they did have to do something to fix it.. What set ings are u using?

    it worked fine until a few weeks ago. Also, when I use my N73 as a modem for my PC, my Outlook 2003 fails to connect to the server. Additionally, one of my mates's hotmail account now bounces my mails as spam. Probably all to do with 3 using the same hidden IP address for all users. I listed my problems on a mail to 3 and asked when I could close my account. They didn't bother with the problems and just gave me details how to close. Back to Vodafone in 3 months.
