Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Impossible to subscribe to mobile broadband add-on...

    When I try to purchase the €5.99 100 mb add-on, I get an error page saying that this service is currently unavailable. Please try again later. I do have enough credit on the account.

    Calling 333, they insist that they cannot activate the add-on from their part, and tells me all these nonsense things like take out the battery, check if you have the correct time and date, and that you have the 'G' in the top bar.

    I try to tell them that I do have internet working, for 49c per mb, but that I want the add-on.... They simply don't listen, don't know how to help me, or don't want to help me... Even the technical support cannot help me. They still to call me back on an alternative number, so that I can try out whether Planet 3 is working... They simply are not listening to what I am saying. I thought they logged all complaints and calls to 333 on your account, I know they knew that I have called in four times the same day before to ask about the age verification, so there was some kind of log that time.

    i subscribed to a 100mb add-on two days ago without any difficulty (with other issues though)

    Ring up and ask to speak to a supervisor, and then from there ask that they escalate your problem to tech.

    Do you know anyone else with a 3 handset you could try your SIM in? (just so that you can say confidently that you have tried this also)
