Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've clicked an option and lost the from/subject info from emails that usually sits at the top of the preview pane.

I'm ploughing through options and just can't find it, reckon I'm blind!

    version: 2.0.0.6

    Help me get it back!

    Cheers

Do you mean that you can see the preview window which just shows the subject of the e-mail and the body of the email?

If so, can you see the + sign to the left of subject. Click on that and it will show you the normal headers.

As shane said... you probably just minimised it.

    You have me there.

What happens when you tell it to show all headers:

    View-> Header -> All

Try safe mode and reset defaults:

    Nothing that I can see.

@Saruman - just popping out but will try it when I get back.

Turns out it was a dodgy addon which I'd forgotten I had. Noticed when all worked fine in safe mode (which I really should have known more about).

    Cheers lads.

    Sorry about that,

Should have suggested disabling all add-ons first.

Always go back to basics :)

Indeed, should have checked that but I was so sure I hadn't installed any :(

Might thunderbird have updated recently? I believe mine did automatically not so long ago. If so, an add-on you had might have been incompatible with the new version.
