Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

hi there. little bit of info

going to be travelling to uk pretty often. coverage where ill be bunking is only good with t-mobile.

im wondering, since im going friday, is there any chance me getting a tmobile pay as u go sim card around that has credit on it already?dont mind paying, but need it very fast.

also, anybody has any idea how long the sim card expires if there is no activity on it, if it does expire?stupid vodafone some years back said it would never expire, but guess what, it did. with a lot of credit gone.

    Thanks for replying asap :)

alternately, whats the nearest store i could get a tmobile sim + topup? (im thinking across the border up north?) - could be persuaded to make the drive and do a lil bit of shopping if there is something worth it as well in the same shopping area :)

They sometimes have free SIM offers going, keep an eye on the free stuff sticky in the bargain alerts forum.

As for how long before the credit/SIM expires, the operator could change this at any time so if they say 2 years (for example) I wouldn't take this as definite.

I guess unless someone here lives in the UK and can post to you, or you know someone in the UK who can post to you then going up North is probably your only option.

Try a website like www.blueunplugged.com and see if they sell them.

If you're travelling through Heathrow then you can find a vending machine that sells SIM cards of all the UK operators in Terminal 1.
