I've seen some messed up tats in my time but this guy takes the biscuit;

Hi, I've got a tiny dick and a smaller brain.

He is a pro MMA fighter, maybe he just wants the other fighters to feel sorry for him so they won't beat him down too badly??

I'd be more concerned about the swastika one on his chest! Basically all his tattoos appear to just be a collective 'what the f*ck...'
