    My god.

Where in the crescent are they going to put it??

The last time there were talks about extending the Crescent, it was mentioned that the outside car park on the Argos side would be used with and underground carpark going there too.

Potentially disappointing news for the city centre! With M&S looking all set for the Parkway scheme aswell,it means they could have 2 suburban stores in Limerick, I really cant see any logic in that. The Crescent is the worst possible location, it means yet another extension(the 3rd in the last 6 years!) That shopping centre really is turning into a sprawling, uncoordinated, lowrise mess, continuosly trying to sap the life out of the city centre! Thankfully the city centre is fighting back somewhat with the opening of the city central development.

There will be 2 anchor stores in the proposed opera centre, one would have thought the developers would've sounded them out about taking one of them. But perhaps the significant delay in the start up of the project has forced their hand on this one.

There's been talk on them moving to the Crescent for months now. We already discussed where it was going to be in the Crescent on this forum months ago. Its going as a stand alone store across from the Garryowen Mall

Yeah agree with limerick_man it's gonna be a standalone unit.

Wonder what'll happen Peter Pan. That's a pretty big space.
