    My parents live in Limerick and want to get a wireless broadband connection.
    They are pensioners and would be a pretty light users.

    What packages packages would people recommend?

    Do you mean Broadband delivered by Wireless?
    OR
    Broadband with a Wireless adaptor for in the house without a cable to modem?
