Recommendations please re existing Cavity Wall Insultation

Can someone recommend a good company and/or method for insulating an existing cavity wall extension? We are totally new to this and would love some recommendations from someone who has had it done. some ideas of costs too would be useful. thanks,

your best option is to stick insulated plasterboard to the walls. they come in several different thicknesses, the thicker you use, the more you save on your heating bill. they cost between 20-50 euro per 8x4 sheet.

15 euro per slab to stick, and 30 euro to skim.
