    Anyone recommend a good place to get brakes on a celica repaired??

    repaired? As in new Pads/discs/brake fluid/piston issue?

    i really haven't a clue!

    i just know its makin a weird noise like something grindin against the brake discs :(

    could be brake pads. Are you ruling out Toyota dealers?

    Sounds like the pads have worn down.
    Just pop into a locla garage and get them to sort them out!!

    if its grinding then it sounds like the pad has gone down so far that its eating the disc.,
    feel the brake disc and see if theres any lums or grooves in it., its a pretty straight forward job to do.,
