Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi guys I'm thinking of ordering a few dresses from Littlewoods to try on. But I was wondering. If all or some of them are hideous on me, how easy is it to return them and get a refund?!?

    Anyone ever did this?!

"how easy is it to return them and get a refund?!?"

You dont pay for the items unless you are keeping them, they can be returned as long as they have not been worn and the labels are still attached, trying them on is fine.

You have 14 days to return the items if you dont want to purchase them. It used to be 28 days.

I bought some bathroom furniture from Littlewoods with the agreement that they would collect the items if I didn't want them - it's been two months and there is still no courier company ! I got a phone call today after 10 calls to say it would be another 28 days !!!! Their answer - they are having trouble with their courier company !!! be very careful

Sorry to hear about the furniture delay, but to the OP I'd say you'll be fine with clothes being returned as you post them back yourself. I've ordered stuff from there and if it doesn't fit/doesn't look right there's never been any problem returning the stuff, just try it on as soon as you get the items, and if they suit, grand, if they don't package them up again and send them off ASAP (I tend to forget to do it if I leave it for a day and end up in a panic when I remember to return it!).

YOu don't pay in advance, so no need to worry about a refund, you get the bill in the post after you decide to keep the clothes.

Me too.. I ordered stuff , sent it back and it was no hassle. Just be sure to get your proof of postage stamped (they send you a docket that you get stamped in the post office at no extra charge and if your item disappears in the post you are covered).
