Hi, anyone know of a decent mechanic or garage in dublin (preferably southside, but doesn't really matter) that doesn't charge a fortune for services and repairs (my car is 12 yrs old) don't want to be completely ripped off. I'm used to being able to get a friend to do it, but i've moved so i'm not sure where to can go.…

If you're close to Tallaght, try Browne Motors at The Square - 01 462 7000 (I think). I use them for servicing and they seem reasonably OK.
