My very first post here in Boards.ie, so I'd like to give you all a big hello :D

Okay, here's the story, I have an Triax TDM78 (80cm) and a Triax multiarm, and at the moment I'm trying to set it up for 3 satellites (13ºE, 19.2ºE and 28.2/5ºE).

Now here's where you came in (counting on your years of experience, or even not so long time ago success). Do you believe it will be possible (or even been able) to get all these 3º of satellites with a 80cm dish in Dublin ?

What would it be your suggestion for satellite of focus, would 19.2ºE as centre focus be suitable ?

    Thank you in advance :)

    yes no problem all 3.

yes put 19.2E just to east of arm. 13E will be nearby a little further east on bar.
28.2 will be at west end of bar.

    Align 19.2 1st.
Then do not move dish and align 28.2 on the cross arm. You need to raise the end to peak the signal
Finally slide 13E on arm E/W to peak without messing the tilt set for 28.2

    Hi again,

after much sweat, bruised fingers and a bit of c*rsing, I managed to get 13ºE, and completely given up on 28ºE, I can't get it at all, spent countless times moving the lnb left-right-left at a snail's pace, and still nothing :(

For those who have suceded mounting a solution like this (13ºE, 19.2ºE and 28.2/5ºE), how have you setup your 28ºE ?, any photos to get the picture highly welcomed :D

holy nora guys if you want 13, 19 and 28.5 all on one dish, the best way is to buy a gemini 90cm dish, 3 lnbs and a disecq switch prime focus is 13 east then 19e and on the end of the supplied lnb holder 28.5e, all tv channels come in and the picture quality is superb

    **MODEDIT: Email address removed.**

attached photo has 2 lnbs , i will upload a better photo tomorrow showing all three lnbs

    80cm is sufficient in Dublin.
All transponders open on these 3 sats.

for 28E you have to put the lnb 1cm higer on the lnb holder
