Loading the Mag of the KSC MAC11

Sooo......loading the mag on the mac11 is very very tedious not to mention
its very sensitive. ie the bb's hop out by themselves if you move about or
say jump up and down which does not happen on the 2 pistol GBB's that I have.
Not the kind of magazine you want in a mag pouch while running about the place
as you'd goto pull out a fresh one to find escaped bb's

The pistols come with a speed loader but the mag on the mac11 is not compatable.

is there an optional speed loader for this? It did not come with one
and the manual shows a picture of a hopper like unit that feeds them
in from the side of the magazine rather than the top.

You should have gotten a loader with it - I'll check to see if I have one here, and if so, pop it in the post to you tomorrow.

EDIT: By the Way while were on the subject of the Mac11
I tried to strip and assemble it when I was langers drunk.
After I finally put everything back together again
I found a little bit of flexable plastic that seemed to be
covered in silicon oil. I was worried that it may be part
of Mac. It still fires perfectly and flawlessly.
But the odd bit of see through plastic I think may
have been originally inside the works of the GBB and
fallen out when I took it apart.

Regarding the plastic piece - I haven't stripped down a Mac 11, so I dont know if that's part of it. o1S1n has stripped his a fair few times I think - he might be able to shed some light on it.


Incidentally...you realise now that if you ever have problems with anything I sell you, I'm going to accuse you of taking it to pieces while you were drunk, right ?

You'll be glad to know my impulse buys are done when drunk too.
No matter how drunk I get I still manage to work the shopping cart.

At the moment I am fighting the urge to by some small bits and bobs
from Uncompany. Fighting the urge to order the P90 and the
VSR sniper springer off your good self or keep the money for my shotgun fund
all the time being very aware that my girlfriend wants to get
a tiles for the floor of our hallway.
(and I got a can of cider in my hand too! and 4 more to go
before the end of the night)

Have you got a stall set up to sell stuff at that toys for big boys show ?
Dunno if I can make it up or not. If I can make it I would be going to watch
the lads do the airsoft show and try to put some names/handles to faces.
Dunno what day I'd be able to go up probably the Sat so I dunno if
the airsoft stuff is on all 3 days in a row or just one of them.

that looks like a piece of packaging plastic, have never seen anything like it inside and airsoft gun.,
when i take them apart i lay them out in order of removal, that way it means that even if you forget where it came from you have a better chance of fuguring it out.,:)

Nope, there is absolutely no piece of plastic like that inside my Mac 11.

Loading it is a pain alright. I find that loading tool is pretty...er...bad.

Best way to do it is to lock the spring the whole way down, get a speedloader (without pistol attachment), line it up with the top of the mag and fill. If you get it lined up just right, all the bbs will go in properly. Should be easy enough to do if the mag spring will lock down as you can use your left hand to keep the nozzle of the speedloader in place.

I let the spring release accidentally once and it shot up and snapped the guide pin thing in two. It still works, just it won't lock the spring down anymore. So I have to hold the spring in place myself with one hand, while trying to line the speedloader up and use it with the other. Not an easy thing to do!
