There is none, you need to talk to the registration office about grants stuff.

It's on the left as you walk in the front door. There's a list of names on the noticeboard there. If your grant is in your name will be up there.

They only give out grants for an hour or so a day so have a look at the opening times which I think is just above the notice board.
