    If anybody's got the Echo today be sure to read the section on the courts. There's a hilarious snippet about some mad bint that tried to sue the Vineyard for damages when she hurt herself salsa dancing.

    She should have won a straight-jacket. What a nut job. It's nice to see someone like that losing a case. Can you imagine if that guy who took a case against a pub a few years back for falling off a bar stool while drunk had won? We'd all be standing in the pubs. There should be more possible outcomes when you try to sue someone : win, lose or a slap upside the head.

    ha ha, she sounds like a pathetic fool. Yes, ever since some dumb yank sued McDonalds when she burned her hand spilling hot coffee on it the world has gone compo mad...bad money if you ask me, karma n' all.
