TV repair (Dublin North)

I have a Philips CRT 32'' and its making a "whistleing" noise when it is on (only 2 yrs old). I have heard that this is due to a component on the main PCB thats need repairing. Does anyone know of any good TV repair shops on Dublin's Northside?
