From next Tuesday all provisional drivers can no longer drive alone , no matter if it is your 2nd or 3rd provisional licence. The accompanying passanger with full licence must have held it for 2 years and is subject to drink driving legislation. Passenger must be sober and under legal limit ! What do you think! How many…

What do you think! How many drivers will be off the road next week ? Do you agree with this change ?
