Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trademark Search in Asia

    Hello there,

    I am hoping to conduct a tradmark search for the name of a company across Europe/USA/Asia.

    Is there an OHIM (EU)/TEAS (USA) equivalent search engine for company names for Asia?

    Nope.

    There's no single register for Asia as there is for the EU.... pre '96 you had to search each country in EU and now you have to do this for each country in Asia you're interested in.

    best advice I can give is to contact a specialist TM attorney who can give a price for this search, but its unlikely to be very cheap as it means commercial databases or employing local searchers in each country.
