It is with great sadness and regret that i wish to inform all of you that waterford has lost on of its firefighters. Firefighter William (Billy) Walsh died at his home yesterday and will be brought to the chapel tomorrow evening at 7.30 leaving thompsons to holy family with full honours and will be buried after 12.30 mass…

Didn't know him personally, but he was a friend of my fathers, served in the army together.
