help, does anyone know the name of this song...

    Hi, I know the words of a song and it is driving me crazy trying the find the artist (i think he's irish and it doesnt seem to be Kieran goss). It goes like.... "u broke my heart u know, it looks like rain today .... God I miss you might b what u'd say.... " can anyone help????
