Wheres best to buy a small LCD (19"-26")

Last TV I bought was a Panny Plasma from TechnikDirekt so all my research during that time was focused toward larger plasmas so I know feck all about small LCDs and where to buy Anyone recommend a bricks and morter shop for buying small LCDs? (And can any recommend a cheap LCD or slimline CRT for around €400 mark?)
