    Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice. I currently have my septum stretched to 6mm, and want to go up a bit more. Does anyone on here have a large gauge septum piercing? If so, what are you using to keep it open? I have a CBR, but it's a little impractical for everyday use. I've been using a tunnel, but find the usual ones a little bit long for comfort. Any suggestions for an alternative?

    You can get keepers up to 14mm I know for definite and assume you can get them up to larger sizes if needed. Ask in a shop to order one in for you.
