Is owning property & having money advantage in moving to Aus/Canada?

I know having a degree is the main thing, but would having E75-80 in bank acc & owning house here that you could rent out make any sort of difference if applying for VISA?

To immigrate to Canada, you need to have proof that you have a certain amount of money to use to support yourself, at least $10,000.

I imagine that having an income from a rental property is good, in the time being till you get established.
