    that figure is taken directly from the RSA website

    From those figures the highest pass rate is in Buncranca (64.4%) and the lowest pass rate is in Carlow (42.2%)

    Is a national pass rate of just over 50% a good or a bad thing? It basically means almost half of the people presenting themselves for a driving test fail (well 47.6% to be accurate)

    BTW a quick google search reveals that the pass rate in the North stands at ~25% for males and 48.4% for females. (Figures are from here scroll down to page 2 )

    How could the RSA spokesman say the average waiting time was 12-14 weeks the other day and then publish that document?

    possibly using a more up to date set of figures. the question would be why not release those up to date figures?? look at the figures in the north pass rates released are right up to date.
