    Foot feels a lot better today but just hit the weights. Hopefully will get back to running tomoro :)

    Close grip

    Serious DOMS today - every bit of me hurts :(

    7k this morning - 39:10 was touch going though. I am going to try and schedule my runs in the afternoon / evening as I don't think I have the energy on an empty stomach.

    Still suffering from DOMS. Tough going again, felt a lot lot longer than my normal 7k runs....
    My left arch is still really sore too. Probably take tomorrow off.
