    A woman is in hospital having her first child, as soon as she's finished giving birth the doctor whisks away the baby before the mother can see it. A few minutes later the doctor comes into the room and announces;
    "I have some good news, and some bad news."
    Scared, the mother asks to hear the bad news first.
    "I'm afraid your child is ginger."
    "Oh, phew, is that all" replies the relieved mother "Well what's the good news then?"
    "We've killed it for you"
