    If there is any1 in the swords region whom is a fully licensed driver I am offering to give them a free lift from swords to dundalk and back...

    As I am only a provisional licensed driver and i cannt drive down there anymore.

    Well, it's unclear now. Looks like 1st provisionals can be prosecuted, while the 2nd provisionals won't (well not yet).

    Not sure how it will be enforced, as it requires stopping drivers regardless, to check their License.

    He couldn't get people broadband, and they give him a higher Ministerial Position. He screws up this shceme.No doubt he is on a fast track to Toiaseach!
