Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I bought a pair of silver patent sandals for an upcoming ball. Just from trying them on at home, I seem to have gotten a few tiny black scratches on the inside of each shoe. They're hardly noticeable, and I really don't want to return the shoes, as they're perfect with my dress. Also, I only need to wear them for the one…

I bought a pair of silver patent sandals for an upcoming ball. Just from trying them on at home, I seem to have gotten a few tiny black scratches on the inside of each shoe. They're hardly noticeable, and I really don't want to return the shoes, as they're perfect with my dress. Also, I only need to wear them for the one night, so I'm not too bothered if they get ruined after that!

Anyone have any idea if cleaning would help, or if the marks mean the coating has actually come off? And does anyone have any suggestions for preventing it getting worse?
