web drawing app (flash or not) that automatically saves it as jpg (other)

hi i have a page and i want the user to be able to draw something there and then (as opposed to them using PS and then uploading) - and this drawing be made into a jpg/image does anyone know of such as program / app /api ? tnx

it can be done in in either of the asp.net languages through the system.drawing classes. it can also be done in java with its equivalent.
I've previously looked for libraries in the past, and coudn't find any free ones so ended up writing my own.
Its not that hard, and most decent books on c# or java graphics for example would usually include at least one painting/drawing example
