BB Connection Probelm

Hi, A mate of mine has BT BB as do I - he has a Netgear ADSL+Wireless router and a Dell Vostro 1700. RJ11 connected but DSL light just keep flashing - logged into router settings and input username and pw given by BT and made sure all other setting were the same as my own (we have the same router and mine works fine) but…

Hi,

Any advice would be much appreciated?

Maybe BB has not been enabled at the exchange yet but Bt maintain that it has.
