Saturday November 17th has the L& L music factory arrive at Electric Shock in the Tivoli. Heading up the occasion is the one and only Chris Liebing. A regular feature at the forefront of DJ polls across the world, his hard hitting style has constantly evolved over the years and his most recent shows for us in Wax and TBMC have been deep rumbling excursions into killer techno. With his laptops and custom-built Allen & Heath, Chris has devastated the crowds on the last two sellout appearances to serve up some of the best techno sets we've ever had at the club. With a smile on his face the entire time, Chris has a real love and passion for what he does and the rocking atmosphere of past shows have ensured a repeat visit on the cards.

Continuing our policy of bringing you two heavyweight guests for each of our Electric Shocks at the Tivoli, we've got a live set from the one and only Legowelt. Whether it's the disco routing (just remixed again by Deetron & Freeform 5) sounds or the ghetto jacking beats, Legowelt's live shows are legendary. Last time out in Wax, he went on and on and would have kept going only the Guards didn't appreciate it - the crowd sure did though and we had to get the maestro back for his first appearance at a Shock. With more aliases than a Smith & Jones Xmas special (Danny Blanco, Danny Wolfers, Franz Falckenhaus, Gladio, Klaus Weltman, Polarius, Raheem Hershel, Salamandos, Smackos, Squadra Blanco, Venom 18), chances are you have come across Legowelt even if you don't know it. His live show is 'proper' live and banks of machines, controllers, desks & effects make sure you spend your time on the floor, not at the bar.

EC's handsomest resident, Jay Galligan, kicks this night off for his Tivoli debut. A fan of all things non-Italo, Jay can drop serious minimal or electro bombs with aplomb. He'll be setting the scene for this sweet November Shock.

Yeah, his best sets are the dirty nose-bleed ones (e.g. his TBMC appearances). Looking forward to seeing him in the Tivoli! Haven't been back since the heydays of ~2002.

what is the dress code in it like?

This buzz of wearing shoes out dancing is plain stupid. Now I'm not talking a white pair of Air Max etc but is it like the likes of Rogue that let decent people in and not judging them on items of clothing.

Legowelt is the only live international guest that has played Electric City in three different venues [Metropolitan, Traffic and Wax]. Name the two DJ's who have also achieved this fete?
