Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    When I receive a message on my phone nothing comes up on the screen. The phone beeps alright, but afterwards the screen doesn't change. The only way to check if I have a new message is to go into the inbox and see if there is any unread messages.

    When I had the phone first it did appear with a message saying ney message recieved.

    Any ideas what happened and how I can fix this?

    Try restoring the phone to factory settings? (you may lose all content on the phone).

    Also try deleting all your text messages so that you're starting fresh.

    Also try with another SIM and see if the same issue appears.
